Earlier this year, Coro was named a top 5 security software product. That’s one of the reasons it’s extra exciting to see our momentum hasn’t stopped.
This summer, G2 has awarded Coro over a hundred badges, which is a new record for our company.
As a refresher, G2 is a review platform that gathers user feedback on a range of software and service offerings. Every season or so, G2 quantitates review sentiment for software products across a given industry. A G2 Badge is automatically generated if your product is a top performer in a G2 Market Report. And then annually, G2 ranks all products on the market in a given sector for the Best Software Awards.
We’re honored Coro received so many badges this summer, but we couldn’t list them all. As we occasionally do, we’re going to use this post to highlight some badges that make us especially grateful.
Being called a “High Performer” by G2 means have high customer satisfaction scores, and that’s a great place to start. Our top goal is ensuring our customers are more secure, but we enjoy the user experience we provide for them. A lot of cybersecurity companies will overcomplicate their products in the name of security. At Coro, we feel you can be safe without giving users a headache.
We began this post talking about Coro’s momentum, and here’s that sentiment fully realized in a G2 badge. According to G2, “products in the Leader tier in the Momentum Grid® rank in the top 25% of their category’s products by their users.” That means Coro stands above 75% of other security software products on the market in our category.
At any organization, getting software up and running so you can leverage its true power is often easier said than done. That’s especially true for cybersecurity software, where there are often multiple agents, products, and data engines to wrangle. With Coro, we just have a single agent, dashboard, and data engine. You can actually get up and running within minutes. No kidding!
As mentioned earlier, nobody wants to use cybersecurity software that is overly complicated to use. We’re proud of our accessible UI and ease of use. Many of our customers don’t have gigantic security teams filled with grizzled industry veterans to manage their safety. Coro is built for lean teams who don’t have half their day to sink into navigating multiple cybersecurity tools.
Even if you love a piece of software, if your experience with the actual company producing it is a slog, it’s going to take something away from the enjoyment. At Coro, we pride ourselves in being knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of our customers. And that’s something that will never change.
It’s a simple concept: if your customers like your product and company, they’ll probably want to tell other people about it. And, thanks to our customers, the word about Coro is spreading.
As with so many things, you (and especially your managers) can’t overlook the bottom line. If you’re not seeing results from a tool, it’s difficult to justify keeping it in your stack. And thankfully, this is another area where Coro delivers.
Thank you again to our customers. We plan on ensuring others hear about these badges across social media. And we promise to keep creating products that give you and your organization peace of mind. If you want to dive deeper into what our customers think about Coro, visit our G2 page.
