About the Role
As the Coro Channel Marketing Manager, you will own and lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) priorities for Coro’s AI enabled Modular Cybersecurity Platform through our channel partners. You will take Coro’s messaging and positioning and create innovative marketing programs that drive revenue growth and opportunities within our channel ecosystem.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and translate technical capabilities into compelling benefits for our partners. Your primary objective will be to excite channel partners to go-to-market with Coro and scale marketing programs that deliver value to end-customers and success to our partners.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Create and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing programs with channel partners.
- Create Compelling Content: Develop high-impact content, messaging, and positioning to support go-to-market efforts.
- Develop Partner-Specific Marketing Plans: Develop partner-specific marketing plans and campaigns to support organizational pipeline and revenue goals.
- Maintain and Drive Partner Relationships: Maintain and drive relationships with existing channel and strategic partners to drive awareness, engagement, and demand while maintaining joint accountability and joint benefit for Coro and its partners.
- Support Channel Field Teams: Provide timely information and enablement content to Coro and channel field teams to ensure our offering is well-positioned and partners understand the business opportunity working with Coro.
- Manage Partner Relationship Management (PRM): Oversee PRM with content, assets, communication, and campaign-in-a-box initiatives. Maintain strategy and build of partner portal platform including content curation and to-partner communication strategy.
- Organize Joint Marketing Events: Collaborate with channel partners to organize and participate in partner summits, training sessions, and customer seminars.
- Campaign Management: Plan and build scalable co-marketing programs that can be leveraged by partners, including joint events, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, Blog, PR, MaaS, and content creation to generate revenue, foster engagement to position Coro as a cybersecurity leader.
- Lead MDF and Sponsorship Programs: Manage MDF and sponsorship programs with key partners, ensuring effective budget management and optimization of resources.
- Track and Analyze Performance: Develop relevant KPIs for campaigns, analyze performance to determine ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement and strategies for continued growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with channel and strategic channel sales teams, business development, product marketing, and campaign managers to align on pipeline and revenue attainment strategy and leverage content for the partner ecosystem.
- Recruit and Onboard Partners: Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand Coro's partner ecosystem.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Enforce appropriate brand usage and ensure all messaging aligns with Coro’s guidelines.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years Channel Marketing experience with high-technology companies working with service providers (MSPs/MSSPs), VARs, VADs, TSDs, ISVs and technology alliance partners.
- Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community.
- Experience with business & marketing intelligence tools such as SalesForce, Pardot, PRM System, Monday.com, and other leading marketing applications.
- Previous SaaS experience preferably at a cybersecurity or IT Technology company.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders.
- A healthy customer obsession, analytical mindset, agility and results-driven orientation.
- Willingness to travel to execute events, attend strategic partner meetings and support our partner business where needed (30%).
- Strong networking and communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
- BS/BA degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study.
