We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build high-performing sales teams. This is a contract role, and we need someone who can tackle a high volume of urgent hiring needs right away.

If you’re a recruiter who loves the challenge of scaling SaaS sales teams in the IT, or cybersecurity space—and you know how to identify and attract top-tier channel sales talent—this is your chance to make an impact at a company that’s redefining the market.

Over the past few years Coro has received $175M in funding and is one of the fastest growing Cybersecurity companies in the world. The funding is primarily being used to enhance the Coro Cybersecurity SaaS platform and for additional headcount growth, as Coro continues to expand globally.

Coro’s AI enabled Modular Cybersecurity Platform is the only one in the industry specifically designed to provide Mid-Market customers with scalable and affordable “enterprise grade” protection for all of their priority threat vectors.  

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for channel sales roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to refine and execute hiring strategies.
  • Develop and deploy creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent with experience in partner-driven sales.
  • Move fast to build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Provide strategic hiring insights, keeping hiring managers aligned on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven success recruiting for channel sales roles in IT, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of a channel-driven go-to-market strategy and how to identify top sales talent for this model.
  • A high-speed, results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools to source and engage top talent.
  • A passion for building high-impact sales teams that drive business success.

Job Benefits and How We Work

  • This a contract role not eligible for benefits at this time. We are offering a competitive hourly rate.

  • 45-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
