About the Role
Coro is looking for talented, passionate, and motivated individuals with strong sales skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships to join our fast-growing Strategic Channel Team. While knowledge of the channel is a bonus, what we truly value is your ability to sell, prospect, and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our largest strategic partners, such as MSPs and MSSPs, to expand Coro's footprint and deliver exceptional results.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by prospecting into large strategic partners, qualifying opportunities, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our partners.

Responsibilities
Ability to Hunt and Prospect
- Actively prospect and identify potential large strategic partners to expand Coro’s market presence.
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and others to implement structured prospecting strategies and maintain pipeline activity.
- Leverage multiple demand-generation channels, including outbound prospecting, SDR collaboration, marketing efforts, and referrals.
Qualification of Strategic Partners
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with Coro’s strategic goals and market focus.
- Uncover pain points and opportunities within partner organizations to determine mutual fit and value.
Build Relationships as a Trusted Advisor
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic partner organizations, positioning Coro as a trusted cybersecurity leader.
- Provide tailored guidance and insights to partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to succeed.
Brand Representation
- Represent Coro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, promoting our brand as a leader in cybersecurity solutions.
- Act as a trusted ambassador to enhance Coro’s visibility and reputation in the market.
Market Analysis and Insight
- Analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities within the cybersecurity space, particularly as they relate to strategic partners.
- Use insights to shape strategies, refine messaging, and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pipeline activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Use data to track progress, assess performance, and refine strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Skills and Experience
- Hunting Mentality: Demonstrated ability to develop early-stage pipeline opportunities and systematically prospect into large strategic partners.
- Sales Tool Expertise: Experience using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and marketing platforms to track activity, manage campaigns, and optimize prospecting efforts.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Ability to uncover customer pain points, qualify opportunities, and present tailored business cases that demonstrate value.
- Relationship-Building: Strong ability to establish trust and credibility with key decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor to drive long-term partnerships.
- Brand Advocacy: Experience representing a company at industry events and fostering a strong market presence.
- Market Insight: Ability to analyze cybersecurity trends and opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies. Experience working in the cybersecurity industry is a must.
